Australian Water Association (AWA) is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join the Events, Awards & Digital team in Chatswood. You will independently manage a portfolio of national and state-based events across physical, digital and hybrid formats.
This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid, Chatswood-based setup with immediate start. You will lead event programs, coordinate venues, sponsors, speakers, and logistics, and contribute to Ozwater planning while delivering memorable outcomes

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Events Manager to join our Events, Awards & Digital team. In this role, you’ll independently manage and deliver a portfolio of national and state-based events, including conferences, gala dinners, awards nights and webinars, across physical, digital, and hybrid formats.
You’ll also contribute to the delivery of Ozwater, the largest water conference and exhibition in the Southern Hemisphere, working closely with internal teams, sponsors, volunteers, and suppliers to ensure outstanding outcomes.
