Job summary

ALDI Australia is seeking a Duty Manager to lead store operations during your shift, drive sales, serve customers, and supervise team members. You’ll support and guide staff, handle customer inquiries, and work closely with the store management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

You’ll open/close shifts, provide constructive feedback, assist in training, keep shelves stocked, and maintain safety standards.
