You will work with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to uphold luxury standards, respond to guest requests, and maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the shift.

• Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including afternoons and late evenings.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor.

Aufgaben

• Complete evening turndown service in suites to 5-star standards.
• Prepare beds and ensure rooms are beautifully presented for return.
• Refresh and replenish guest amenities, towels and supplies.
• Ensure bathrooms and guest areas are clean, immaculate and prepared.
• Conduct detailed checks of guest rooms and report maintenance issues.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office for a seamless guest experience.
• Follow hotel standards, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
