Of Sydney Group is seeking an evening Reception and Sales Specialist for a busy adult establishment in Caringbah. You will greet guests, answer calls, promote services, and help run the venue with a professional image in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience and experience in the adult sector is a plus.
• Must be available for a flexible work schedule, including at least one shift on the weekend.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a focus on sales and customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a mature attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring outstanding service at all times.
• Carry out light cleaning and organisation tasks to maintain a tidy and inviting atmosphere.
• Promote additional services and offerings to enhance guest experiences while increasing revenue.
• Foster relationships with service providers to guarantee smooth daily operations.
