Responsibilities

Lead and manage the BDC team, setting clear KPIs and performance standards.
Oversee inbound and outbound communications (phone, email, digital) to maximize lead conversion.
Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, appointment setting, and customer retention.
Partner with Sales and Service Managers to align BDC activities with dealership goals.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics, reporting results to senior management.
Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve high productivity and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with dealership processes, brand standards, and customer service excellence.
