Job summary

NRMA in Sydney is seeking a Project Manager - Delivery to lead end-to-end EV infrastructure projects across Australia. You will manage feasibility, design, construction, commissioning and handover, coordinating multiple projects with governance, safety and budget discipline.

This permanent full-time role offers hybrid work across Sydney CBD, Olympic Park and Smithfield with site travel. You will build strong stakeholder relationships and drive improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in EV, electrical, telecoms, infrastructure or related industries.
• Full lifecycle delivery: feasibility to handover, construction and commissioning.
• Strong budgeting, governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from feasibility to handover.
• Lead multiple concurrent projects with timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across site acquisition, engineering, design, construction and operations.
• Develop and maintain project documents, schedules, risk registers and governance artefacts.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, financial reporting, risks and dependencies.
• Oversee contractors and third-party providers to deliver successful outcomes.
• Conduct site visits and safety observations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate performance updates and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery.
