Job summary

EVSE Australia is seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join our Commercial Projects team in Silverwater. You will support Project Managers, engineers and clients to coordinate EV charging infrastructure from planning through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and quality while maintaining safety and budget controls.

The role is office-based, with on-site work five days a week in Silverwater, focusing on collaboration across internal teams and external partners to grow Australia’s

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects in construction, electrical, infrastructure or related industries.
• Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects to meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.
• Support Project Managers with subcontractor engagement, contracts and project administration.
• Coordinate suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and assist with risk management and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Conduct site visits and support the implementation of safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare project updates, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing project updates and responding to enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in customer meetings when required.
