Job summary

EVSE Australia is seeking a proactive and organised Project Coordinator to join our Commercial Projects team in Port Melbourne. You will help coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects from planning through to completion, collaborating with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects within construction, electrical, infrastructure or related industries.
• Understanding of electrical, building or infrastructure project environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects to meet quality, budget and timeline requirements.
• Support Project Managers with subcontractor engagement, contracts and project administration.
• Coordinate suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and assist with risk management and issue resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
• Conduct site visits and support the implementation of safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare project updates, reports and stakeholder communications.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing project updates and responding to enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support proposal preparation and participate in customer meetings when required.
