Job summary

Legal Aid NSW is seeking a Fleet Officer for a temporary part-time role (0.6 FTE) based in Sydney to oversee fleet operations and drive the EV transition. You will ensure policy compliance, provide strategic guidance to stakeholders, and support facilities management as part of a busy operations team.

The role starts January 2027 for up to 12 months with possible extension, and requires strong organisational and customer-focused abilities in a government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet, facilities or operational services.
• Highly organized and customer-focused with stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with fleet management, procurement, sustainability initiatives, EV transition programs and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Legal Aid NSW's fleet operations.
• Lead the transition to EVs in line with NSW Government mandates.
• Ensure compliance with fleet and procurement policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and provide strategic advice.
• Support broader facilities management functions.
