Cotton On is hiring an Ethical Sourcing Advisor for a 12-month contract to drive responsible sourcing across our global supply chain. You will partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure ethical compliance, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement across sourcing programs.

You’ll manage supplier onboarding, lead corrective actions, and contribute to reporting and insights that inform business decisions, balancing data, education, and relationship management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in ethical sourcing, production, compliance or a related field.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills, with confidence facilitating training and education programs.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach balancing multiple priorities.
