Job summary

Princess Polly Online Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking a Social Responsibility Specialist to lead ethical sourcing, worker voice programs and human rights due diligence across our global supply network. You will partner with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Production to embed social responsibility standards and drive continuous improvement.

In this role you will manage supplier compliance end-to-end, strengthen traceability, deliver training and collaborate with internal teams to reduce risk

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in ethical sourcing, social responsibility or supply chain sustainability.
• Experience managing supplier compliance, factory audits and corrective action plans.
• Knowledge of human rights, modern slavery and worker voice programs.
• Experience with ethical sourcing platforms such as Sedex, Elevate EiQ, OSC or Worldly (Higg FEM).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supplier compliance lifecycle in line with our Code of Conduct.
• Lead worker voice and supplier engagement initiatives.
• Support human rights due diligence and Modern Slavery compliance.
• Partner with Supply Chain to strengthen traceability and supplier risk management.
• Lead and support two on-ground team members.
• Deliver supplier training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance systems and improve processes through technology and automation.
• Collaborate across Merch, Supply Chain and Production to embed social responsibility standards and expectations into supplier relationships.
