Job summary

Cotton On Foundation is seeking an Engagement Specialist to connect our global retail teams with the impact they make daily. Working with the Engagement Manager, you will help deliver engaging experiences, communications and initiatives that empower advocacy and drive Foundation performance.

You will amplify the Foundation story, coordinate activities, create content, and partner with Retail, Product and Communications to empower teams and inspire action.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Foundation Mission and culture.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Ability to translate insights into actions and engagement opportunities.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation with attention to detail.
• Experience with digital engagement platforms such as Zipline.
• Creative, proactive mindset for new engagement ideas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global engagement activities with retail teams.
• Create impactful content to communicate Foundation impact.
• Partner with Retail, Product and Communications stakeholders.
• Support Engagement Manager to deliver engaging experiences.
• Act as voice of retail within Foundation to empower action.
