Job summary

Cotton On Group is hiring an Ethical Sourcing Advisor on a 12-month contract based in Geelong, Australia. You will drive responsible sourcing, partner with suppliers and internal teams, and support reporting and continuous improvement across a global supply chain.

The role focuses on compliance, data management and education to ensure suppliers meet ethical sourcing expectations while supporting sustainable business practices within a dynamic fashion and lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in ethical sourcing, production, compliance or a related field.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of Ethical Sourcing Program across Cotton On's supply chain.
• Partner with suppliers, production teams and stakeholders to drive compliance.
• Manage supplier onboarding and monitor compliance against sourcing standards.
• Drive corrective action plans and contribute to reporting and insights for business decisions.
