Morson Edge in New South Wales is seeking a skilled Estimator to secure projects by accurately handling inquiries, tendering construction projects and preparing proposals in a timely manner for commercial, industrial and health sector tenders.

The role supports the business in work winning across NSW, with projects typically ranging from $10M-$70M, offering stability within an established team and a mentoring culture.

Qualifications

• A construction degree with 3-5 years estimating experience.
• Prepare BOQ for Concrete, Structure, Reinforcement, formwork and early works.
• Knowledge of D&C tenders in healthcare, industrial and education sectors.
• Experience using Buildsoft, Cubit, Estimate One and Mudshark.
• Up-to-date market knowledge of subcontractor prices.

Responsibilities

• You will secure projects by efficiently, effectively and accurately handling / general enquiries, tendering construction projects and preparing proposals in a timely manner.
• This role will be working within a team supporting the business in work winning for new build commercial and industrial tenders.
