Job summary

Unita is seeking an experienced Estimator to win the right work and set projects up for success from day one. You’ll run the full tender lifecycle for fitout, commercial and construction projects across Australia, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive submissions that balance opportunity, risk and commercial outcomes.

This role offers a collaborative environment, exposure to large-scale projects, and opportunities to influence project outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience estimating within fitout, commercial or construction environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders from $500K to $10M+.
• Experience with independent take-offs and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up tenders accurately from the start, structured and on programme.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify risks and document pricing assumptions for handovers and post-tender queries.
