Job summary

Unita Group Operations in Fremantle, WA is searching for an experienced Estimator to help win the right work and set projects up for success from day one.

You'll manage the full tender lifecycle, partnering with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to build accurate, competitive submissions that balance opportunity, risk and commercial outcomes. You'll own tenders from take-off to submission.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating within fitout, commercial or construction environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects ranging from $500K to $10M+ in value.
• Comfortable completing independent take-offs and interpreting construction documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Experience with CostX, Bluebeam or similar estimating tools.
• A current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Own tenders from start to submission with sound judgement.
• Partner with subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop pricing.
• Identify risks, quantify assumptions and ensure timely tender submissions.
• Deliver professional, well-structured submissions that balance value and margin.
