Job summary

Hornsby Prestige Smash Repairs – Castle Hill NSW is seeking an experienced Smash Repair Estimator to join our family-run workshop on a full-time basis. You will prepare accurate repair estimates, assess damage, liaise with insurers and customers, order parts, and support seamless job progression.

Applicants should have proven estimating experience in smash repairs, knowledge of repair methods and parts, and familiarity with quoting systems (Audatex, iBody or similar).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a smash repair estimator.
• Solid knowledge of repair methods and parts.
• Experience with Estimating/quoting systems (Audatex or iBody).
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.

The Role

• Preparing accurate repair estimates using industry systems
