Magna Constructions Pty Ltd in Brisbane seeks an Estimator/Supervisor to lead reinstatement works from initial site assessment through to completion. You will liaise with insurers, insureds and subcontractors, preparing reports, scope of works and quotations.

With a minimum of 3 years in building supervision, you will support restoration projects across multiple sites, travel as needed, and uphold Health & Safety standards while contributing to a growing Brisbane team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of building supervision experience.
• Trade background preferred; restoration knowledge is an advantage.
• Proactive, KPI-driven team player with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Attend site to review and assess building damage.
• Prepare detailed reports, scope of works and quotations.
• Liaise with insurer, insured and contractors with clear communication.
• Develop rapport with stakeholders across sites.
• Manage reinstatement works across multiple sites and contractors.
• Ensure works meet time and budget criteria.
• Maintain high Health and Safety standards on site.
• Provide restoration team support; out-of-hours work may be required.
• Travel regionally and interstate to support during catastrophic events.
• This role requires a National Police Check.
