Job summary

Elite Access Solutions is seeking a capable Scaffold Estimator on the Gold Coast to assess site access, price complex remedial projects, and prepare clear proposals. You will price labour, hire, materials, and engineering while ensuring budgets and timelines stay on track.

You’ll walk occupied sites, read drawings, and communicate openly with builders and clients. A White Card and a valid licence support your autonomy and career growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Scaffold estimating background (scaffolding trade experience is a big plus).
• Can walk a site and price it with confidence.
• Understand scaffold systems.
• Comfortable reading architectural and structural drawings.
• Precise with numbers and treat the company’s margin like your own.
• Communicate clearly and honestly with builders and clients.
• Current driver’s licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Run site inspections and work out the right access solution for complex, occupied buildings.
• Do accurate take-offs and price jobs: labour, hire, materials, cartage, engineering.
• Write clear proposals and scopes, and respond to tenders and RFQs.
• Follow up quotes and build trust with remedial builders, body corporates and head contractors.
• Price variations quickly and correctly as jobs change.
• Hand jobs over to operations with a clean scope, a programme and a budget they can hit.
• Track your win rate and quoted vs actual margin, and feed back what you learn into how we price.

About the role

Elite Access Solutions builds remedial and complex access scaffolding on occupied buildings across SE QLD This is a key seat in the business. You’ll walk the site, work out the access solution, price it right and set it up so our crews can deliver it on budget. Every quote you send is a promise we have to keep.
