Employ Me is seeking a skilled Scaffolder to join our Sydney team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will erect, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding across diverse sites while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

The role requires reading blueprints, strong teamwork, and the willingness to travel to various job sites around Sydney. A valid scaffolding certification or license is essential, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of scaffolder experience.

• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to work on various job sites across Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scaffolding requirements.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety standards and company procedures.
• Ensure all scaffolding materials and equipment are in good working condition.
• Perform regular safety inspections and maintenance on scaffolding structures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Communicate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Keep accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment usage.
• Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on various job sites across Sydney.
