Buildcorp’s Remedial & Façade team is seeking an Estimator to join our Sydney-based office. You’ll bring accuracy, commercial insight and technical capability to complex remedial and façade projects, collaborating with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to support competitive tenders.

This role offers a flexible workplace, ongoing development and exposure to high-profile projects, with a focus on safety, integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in estimating or cost planning with proven success.
• Strong network of subcontractors and suppliers in relevant trades.
• Ability to evaluate risk and opportunity in pricing assessments.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as Buildsoft or CostX.

Responsabilités

• Complete initial tender assessments, evaluating all project aspects, risks and opportunities.
• Produce accurate trade break-ups and secure strong market coverage through your subcontractor relationships.
• Conduct regular meetings with key subcontractors to obtain competitive, accurate pricing.
• Prepare detailed cost plans for internal review.
• Lead the preparation of handover packages and budgets for successful tenders.
• Collaborate with internal bid teams on program, budget inputs, value engineering and alternate solutions.
• Support and coach estimators, contributing to team capability and performance.
