Westbury Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a capable Estimator with 2 to 5 years' New Build experience to join our NSW team. You will work on government, education, community and housing projects across NSW, and have the opportunity to progress toward Senior Estimator with a clear pathway and supportive leadership.

You will review tender documents, costings, and procurement, with a focus on CostX, Excel and Word, and collaborate with Project Managers and Directors on strategy and programme.

Competenze

• 4 to 5 years' estimating experience in construction (New Build or Heavy Refurb)
• Working knowledge of CostX (essential), plus Excel and Word
• Qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying or engineering, or a trade background with proven estimating experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical documentation accurately
• An understanding of procurement, subcontractor coordination and project costing
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Drive to step up to Senior level and take ownership of results

We deliver government, education, community, aged care and social housing projects across NSW, from new builds and specialist fit-outs to refurbishment and maintenance. The Opportunity

You are a strong Estimator with 2 to 5 years' (New Build) experience who is ready for more. Maybe you have outgrown your current role. Maybe there is a Senior ahead of you who is not going anywhere. Either way, you are ready for more and are seeking the opportunity to push on.

At Westbury, you will have the volume and variety of tenders to build your skills quickly, and a clear path to Senior Estimator. You will work closely with the Directors on strategy and with Project Managers on programme, in a team where your results are seen and rewarded.

What You Will Be Doing
