Job summary

Morson Edge in NSW Sydney is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our leading commercial head contractor team, delivering $1M–$15M projects across D&C, ECI and Construct Only. You will manage tenders from review to submission and prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons.

Join a collaborative environment with strong leadership and a clear path toward Senior Estimator, as the project portfolio expands across NSW.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' estimating experience with a commercial head contractor.
• Experience across newbuild, industrial, education, healthcare and/or refurbishment.
• Strong understanding of D&C, ECI and Construct Only projects.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Cubit, CostX, Estimate One or Procore experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage tenders from initial review to submission.
• Prepare estimates, BOQs and subcontractor comparisons.
• Review documentation, identify scope gaps and project risks.
• Obtain and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing.
• Manage RFIs, clarifications and tender documentation.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and competitive solutions
