Link-Force AU is recruiting an Estimator for a specialist contractor delivering formwork, reinforcement and concrete packages across major transport infrastructure projects in Sydney. The role is primarily office based, with occasional site visits to translate construction methods into accurate estimates.

The role focuses on quantity take-offs, tender submissions, and pricing of labour, materials and plant.

Formación

• Experience in estimating or quantity surveying within construction or civil projects.
• Good drawing interpretation, numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Some exposure to take-offs, BOQ preparation and tendering.

Responsabilidades

• Completing quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.
• Assisting with estimates and tender submissions for formwork, reinforcement and concrete packages.
• Preparing bills of quantities and obtaining supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Reviewing tender documents to identify scope requirements, exclusions and queries.
• Assisting with pricing labour, materials and plant.
• Liaising with project teams to understand construction methods and site requirements.
