Job summary

Woods & Co in Melbourne is seeking an experienced estimator to join our established landscape contracting team. You will review tender packages, prepare cost estimates for materials and labour, attend pre-tender meetings and lead tender preparation and submission.

You will liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients to compile accurate BOQs, manage contracts and document subcontractor arrangements. A minimum of three years in landscape or civil estimating and strong negotiation and

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of the landscape industry with at least 3 years of demonstrated experience.
• Proven success with winning tenders in Victoria.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong literacy and communication skills.
• Australian citizenship - only current residents need to apply.

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience in the landscape or civil sector will be considered for the role.
