Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator for a full-time, work-from-home role with occasional site visits in the Melbourne area. You will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, reviewing plans and requirements, and developing detailed pricing for projects valued up to $10 million.

The ideal candidate will have strong Cubit software experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

• Proven estimator experience in construction projects up to $10 million.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, materials and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while supporting remote collaboration.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join this growingbusiness on a full-time, work-from-home basis, with the occassional site visit.

This is a great opportunity for an estimator who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is experienced using Cubit estimating software.

About the role:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and take-offs
• Review plans, specifications and project requirements

About you:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry on projects to the value of $10 million
• Strong experience using Cubit
• Excellent understanding of construction costs, materials and processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to manage your workload independently while working remotely
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Commercial construction experience is essential
