Job summary

Deacon Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Residential Estimator for opportunities in Brisbane. The role involves reporting and measuring project performance, performing stage tenders and construction schedules, negotiating with suppliers, and estimating bills of quantities with timely order accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years of residential estimating in a volume environment, and a solid understanding of building legislation. Databuild experience is highly regarded.

• Able to identify and solve complex problems.

About the Position

Currently there is an opportunity for a dedicated Residential Estimator to join their team. Responsibilities with include:

Reporting and measuring performance of projects

Project estimating including carrying out stage tenders, construction schedules and negotiate with suppliers

General production estimating and estimating bills of quantities

Ensure accurate orders are provided within timeframes

Skills and Experience
