Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne is seeking an Estimating and Sales Administrator to support a busy estimating and sales function in the residential construction sector. You will help keep quotes accurate and timely, and act as the main point of contact for builders.

We are looking for an Estimating and Sales Administrator to support their busy estimating and sales function, playing a key role in keeping quotes accurate, timely and builders informed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing builder plans and quote requests, then providing clear guidance to the estimating team
• Checking and signing off on quotations prior to issue
• Acting as the main point of contact for builders, answering questions and following up outstanding quotes
