Job summary

West Moreton Health is seeking a skilled professional for our Workforce and Establishment Team in Ipswich. The role provides expert advice to line managers, delivers targeted training on establishment processes and workforce systems, and drives data integrity and governance improvements to support workforce planning.

The role provides expert advice and guidance to line managers and stakeholders, delivers targeted training on establishment processes and workforce systems, and contributes to the continuous improvement of data integrity and governance frameworks. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, enhancing system capability, and driving reliable, accurate and efficient workforce management practices.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:

• Knowledge and application of establishment governance frameworks, workforce data management principles, and relevant legislation, Awards and Agreements.
• Ability to analyse complex workforce and establishment data to produce accurate, meaningful reports and insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated capability to provide expert advice, training and support to line managers and stakeholders in the use of workforce systems, including myHR.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and work autonomously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to build effective relationships and convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, including monitoring data integrity issues, identifying solutions and contributing to improved governance processes.
