Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an experienced ESM Learning Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise service management learning solutions that support successful adoption of ESM processes and technologies.

The role partners with SMEs, Change Team, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences, training materials, and capability uplift initiatives that drive user adoption and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Enable Now for learning content development.
• Experience developing digital learning solutions for large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and LMS.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and validate capability gaps.
• Develop eLearning, simulations, product videos (with voice over), Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), workinstructions, and facilitator guides.
• Design role-based learning pathways and training plans.
• Support Train-the-Trainer, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live learning activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to validate learning content.
• Maintain and continuously improve learning assets and knowledge resources.
