Kinetic IT is recruiting an Enterprise Integration (ESB) Technical Lead to provide operational leadership across a complex enterprise integration landscape. You will oversee day‑to‑day BAU operations, manage incidents and changes, and mentor the Integration Services team, ensuring reliable, scalable platforms.

Hybrid options and a focus on continuous improvement are key. You will work with MuleSoft, Kafka, Axway API Gateway, TIBCO, Java and cloud services (Azure, AWS) to maintain and evolve

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise integration platforms within complex production environments.
• Strong production support and operational leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day BAU operations across the Integration Services team.
• Manage priorities, technical escalations and service delivery.
• Drive incident, problem, change and release management activities.
• Support project to production transitions and operational readiness.
• Maintain runbooks and operational documentation.
• Mentor team members and build capability across the team.
• Identify and implement service improvements for performance and stability.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and BAU escalation support.
