Hydrogen Group is seeking a capable Financial Accountant to join our team in Sydney. The role blends traditional finance duties with ERP implementation and systems support, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a similar ERP platform.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT and external partners to ensure new systems, processes and reporting are fit for purpose, while leveraging your accounting expertise and systems mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant accounting qualifications or significant accounting experience.
• Experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role.
• Strong understanding of general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day financial accounting and finance operations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and financial reports.
• Assist with general ledger, journals, accruals and prepayments.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as required.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
