Job summary

Mars Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Business Implementation Project Manager to lead ERP selections, production tracking and operational infrastructure for a fast-growing retail and consumer goods brand.

You will work closely with the founders to establish systems, processes and capabilities needed to support production, inventory, fulfilment and future growth. This is a hands-on, project-based role requiring practical, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP implementations or major business systems projects.
• Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience with production tracking, workflow management or operational reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear system specifications.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers and implementation partners.
• Hands-on mindset with multi-priority management capability.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements and coordinate ERP selection, configuration and implementation.
• Oversee planning, timelines, budgets, integrations, data migration and go-live readiness.
• Develop production tracking processes with visibility across lifecycle.
• Coordinate procurement, manufacture, installation of fixtures and infrastructure.
• Map and improve workflows across procurement, production, inventory and fulfilment.
• Maintain integrated implementation roadmap, risk log and action tracker.
• Coordinate external vendors, consultants, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Report to founders and manage stakeholder expectations.
