Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) seeks a WorkFit Services Consultant to champion workplace safety and ergonomic design across sites in South Australia. You will deliver targeted training, assessments and practical interventions to reduce risk and improve wellbeing.

The role spans on-site consultancy with multidisciplinary teams and direct client engagement, contributing to safer, more productive workplaces within CALHN’s allied health framework.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy with relevant registration or eligibility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a range of stakeholders.
• Experience in manual tasks, ergonomics, injury rehab, and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Lead ergonomic design and safety interventions for healthier, safer workplaces.
• Deliver Fitness for Work assessments, manual task training and inductions.
• Provide expert clinical guidance and hands-on consultancy to diverse clients across industries.
