Job summary

West Beach Parks is seeking a Senior WHS and Injury Management Advisor to lead health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across our coastal precinct in Adelaide. You will act as Return to Work Coordinator, guiding injured employees and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure safe, timely returns to work.

Qualifications

• Return to Work Coordinator Certificate required.
• Experience in WHS and injury management.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide WHS and injury management advice and support to employees and leaders.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, guests and contractors.
• Ensure WHS and injury management systems comply with legislation.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment and risk management activities.
• Review and improve WHS policies, procedures and forms.
• Coordinate WHS Committee and Safety Representative meetings.
