Job summary

Echuca Regional Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Emergency or Critical Care. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Post Graduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Emergency Department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence-based nursing framework.
• Attend regular education and training to keep knowledge current.
• Plan nursing care in consultation with patients and the health care team.
• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Support students and graduate/enrolled nurses.
• Participate in in-house education and mandatory meetings.
• Maintain core clinical competence for area of practice.
