Echuca Regional Health (ERH) is seeking professional Registered Nurses to join the Nurse Pool. This role offers development across departments, with a focus on quality care and clinical growth.

Applicants should hold current AHPRA registration and have at least 12 months postgraduate RN experience or 6 months EN experience. Relocation and retention benefits are available for eligible staff, under the ERH Enterprise Agreement.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration (no restrictions).
• Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate Experience (RN) or 6 months (EN).
• Commitment to quality, safety, ERH CARE values.

Responsabilités

• Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence-based nursing framework in accordance with legislation affecting nursing practice and health care.
• Actively participate in quality improvement activities including assessment of processes and patient outcomes, identification of patient risks and improvement opportunities, planning and implementing change.
• Ensure knowledge and skills remain current through attendance at regular education and training sessions and through reference to changes in policy, practice and guidelines.
• Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice relevant to the role.
• Actively participate in in-house education and training programs.
