Medimart Group Pty Ltd is seeking an Equipment Sales Specialist to drive revenue across the NDIS, aged care, hospital and private markets. You will own the full sales cycle, manage enquiries, trials and quotations, and deliver accurate proposals that meet client needs.
You will build relationships with therapists and referral partners, maintain product knowledge across mobility and complex equipment, and work to exceed commission targets while delivering ethical, client-centered service.

About the role
The Equipment Sales Specialist is a senior, performance-focused sales professional responsible for converting client and referrer opportunities into sustainable revenue while delivering accurate, ethical and client-centred assistive technology solutions. The role manages complex enquiries, assessments, trials, quotations and post-sale support across NDIS, aged care, hospital, community and private client markets.
Key responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle and convert qualified enquiries, assessments, trials and quotations into revenue
Achieve the assigned minimum monthly sales floor and strive to reach or exceed the commission target on a consistent basis
Conduct client needs discussions, equipment trials and demonstrations in stores, homes, hospitals, facilities and other approved settings
Prepare accurate and timely quotations, supporting information and sales documentation for NDIS, aged care, hospital, corporate and private clients
Continuously identify and qualify new referral, networking and market-development opportunities within the allocated region or portfolio
Build and maintain productive relationships with Occupational Therapists, Hospital Discharge Coordinators, Support Coordinators, facilities, corporate clients and other referral partners
Maintain advanced product knowledge across mobility, therapy, daily living and complex equipment categories
About you
Present professionally, communicate clearly and take ownership of client and business outcomes from enquiry through to completion
Build effective working relationships with clients, referrers, suppliers, store teams, warehouse, service, delivery and customer support personnel
Maintain current knowledge across mobility, therapy, daily living and complex assistive technology products, funding pathways and relevant compliance requirements
Use sound judgement when balancing client needs, commercial outcomes, margin, service standards and organisational risk
