Innov8Search is seeking a Product Specialist to manage and grow a NSW territory, supporting children and families with mobility, seating and positioning solutions. You will collaborate with therapists, hospitals, schools and families to identify the best equipment and coordinate trials, driving meaningful patient outcomes.

Are you an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Nurse or healthcare sales professional looking for an opportunity that combines clinical expertise, meaningful patient outcomes and strong commercial rewards?

Our client, an industry-leading assistive technology organisation is seeking a Product Specialist to manage and grow an established NSW territory, supporting children and families through innovative mobility, seating and positioning solutions.

This is far more than a traditional sales role. You'll work alongside therapists, hospitals, schools, disability providers and families to identify the most appropriate equipment solutions, coordinate product trials and help deliver meaningful outcomes that improve independence and participation in everyday life.

The Opportunity

• Manage and grow a well-established territory across Sydney North, North-West and surrounding regions.
• Build strong relationships with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, hospitals, schools and community providers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, equipment trials and educational presentations.
• Support customers through assessment, funding and implementation pathways.

• Partner with clinicians and families to deliver tailored assistive technology solutions.
