Job summary

dnata catering & retail in Australia is seeking an Equipment & Logistics Supervisor to lead the daily operations of Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Dry Store and Bar Packing. You will ensure equipment and stock are managed, packed and delivered to schedule while driving safety, inventory accuracy and team performance.

The role includes rostering, workforce planning and cross-training initiatives, plus leading briefings and development activities to uphold safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or high-volume operations.
• Proven knowledge of logistics management, inventory control and production processes.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain).
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Equipment & Wash departments.
• Ensure flight equipment, bar stock and dry stores are packed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with operational teams to meet delivery and service requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and cross-training initiatives.
• Conduct team briefings and support performance and development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety and company standards.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Equipment & Logistics Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Dishwash, Bulk Equipment, Dry Store and Bar Packing sections. Key Responsibilities Include

• Lead daily operations across Equipment & Wash departments.
• Ensure flight equipment, bar stock and dry stores are packed accurately and on time.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with operational teams to meet delivery and service requirements.
• Manage rostering, workforce planning and cross-training initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety and company standards.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, airline catering or another high-volume operational environment.
• Proven knowledge of logistics management, inventory control and production processes.
• Hold a current Forklift Licence (or willing to obtain)
• Full ongoing working rights in Australia.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessments.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance and professional standards.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills with the ability to
• lead and motivate diverse teams.
