You will supervise CELS staff, maintain accurate equipment loan records, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe, available equipment.

The role supports equipment availability, allocation, distribution, cleaning, maintenance and replacement activities to meet service requirements

• Coordinate day-to-day operation of the Clinical Equipment Loan Service (CELS) across Mackay Hospital and Health Service.
• Supervise CELS staff and maintain equipment records, allocate and track loan equipment.
• Identify operational issues and implement practical improvements to CELS processes.
