Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join the system support team supporting Liverpool Women's Hospital. The role requires strong NHS knowledge, analytical thinking, a methodical approach and excellent customer service to troubleshoot and configure the EPR system.

You will work with stakeholders to develop, configure and enhance clinical workflows, provide a help desk service, monitor 1st/2nd line calls and ensure incidents are logged

Qualifications

• Strong NHS knowledge and experience with NHS IT systems.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Impeccable communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with stakeholders to determine how clinical systems can be developed, configured and enhanced for workflows.
• Provide a help desk service for the clinical systems, logging and prioritising requests.
• Monitor 1st/2nd line support calls, owning actions to resolution.
• Ensure incidents are logged and updated in the incident management system.
