This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach and knowledge of Indigenous ingredients. Relocation and onsite staff facilities enhance the experience.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as Hotel Head Chef required.
• Qualified Chef Certificate IV in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
• Experience in a 5-star hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production and operations of the kitchen.
• Lead a brigade of 20 chefs at Desert Gardens Hotel.
• Drive high-quality culinary experiences for guests.
• Lead by example in a cross-cultural, remote setting.
