Job summary

Interflow is seeking an Environment & Sustainability Business Partner to support projects and operations across Australia. Based in Melbourne or Sydney, you will drive practical environmental advice, assist with planning and approvals, audits, incidents, and ensure obligations are met across our projects and facilities.

You will contribute to the Environmental Management System, risk governance, reporting, and sustainability initiatives, helping reduce emissions, improve waste management, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in environmental management within construction, infrastructure, utilities, civil works, mining or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of environmental legislation, approvals, compliance obligations and environmental risk management.
• Knowledge of environmental management systems and ISO 14001 principles.
• Experience reviewing environmental planning and management documentation (CEMPs, environmental approvals, project controls).
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure environmental compliance.
• Investigate incidents and manage corrective actions.
