Shell Australia is seeking an Environmental Lead in Western Australia to lead a team of environmental professionals supporting Prelude FLNG and Crux. You will provide environmental leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to ensure risks are managed and environmental commitments are embedded into planning and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field.
Demonstrated leadership of environmental teams in complex operations.
Strong knowledge of environmental compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Experience applying environmental plans and regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities

Lead environmental professionals supporting Prelude and Crux assets.
Embed environmental stewardship into operations and planning.
Monitor compliance with approvals and HSSE/SEAM frameworks.
Drive risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement.
