The Control of Work Lead enables safe, reliable and effective work execution by shaping how people interact with systems, risks, and procedures. The role focuses on optimising human performance in complex operational environments, ensuring that work is understood, planned, executed, and recovered effectively.
Production Technician/Operator background with exposure to complex operations. Offshore experience preferred but not necessary. Ability to communicate and engage different audiences. Understanding of human performance principles. Advanced computer proficiency skills in Microsoft office. Strong understanding of: Permit to Work (PTW) and Safe Isolation processes. Task risk assessment (e.g. JHA) and hazard identification. Work coordination and SIMOPS management. Whilst the position is onshore based, some time will be required offshore to support performance improvement and coaching as well as process compliance and effectiveness assurance.
