Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and meticulous attention to detail.
• No prior AI experience required; engineering expertise is what matters.

Responsibilities

• Design complex engineering problems spanning contaminant transport, mass balance in treatment plants, hydrology, LCA, and more.
• Author gold-standard solutions with step-by-step calculations and models for AI training ground-truthing.
• Audit AI outputs for environmental impact statements, regulatory compliance, and safety.
• Sharpen AI reasoning by identifying failure modes and providing structured feedback to improve model thinking.
