Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking an Environmental Coordinator to drive high standards of environmental performance at underground coal operations. You will identify and manage environmental risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead the implementation of environmental programs and initiatives.

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or equivalent, with coal mining sector experience preferred and strong knowledge of environmental legislation and incident reporting.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Coordinators to join our team and play a key role in driving high standards of environmental performance at our Underground Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing environmental risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading the implementation and continual improvement of environmental programs, systems, and initiatives.

ABOUT YOU

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or equivalent

Having recent demonstrated experience working within the coal mining sector is preferred.
