CETEC in Sydney is seeking a Building Performance Consultant to join our team. This hands-on role suits early-career scientists with field experience and a keen interest in indoor environmental quality and occupant health.

You’ll work on landmark commercial, residential and government projects, performing environmental testing, diagnostics, and reporting to help shape healthier, more sustainable buildings across Australia. Training and accreditation are provided.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in Science, Engineering, Architectural Science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with field sampling, lab work, monitoring equipment or site inspections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including technical reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Field Testing & Diagnostics: Conduct testing, building inspections, and on-site data collection.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare technical reports, interpret data, and support senior consultants in delivering client-ready analysis.
• Project Delivery: Support project delivery through technical reporting, client liaison, and solution implementation.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
• Skill Development: Receive training and formal accreditation in air tightness testing, building performance and sustainability frameworks.

Your responsibilities:
