CETEC in Perth is seeking a Building Performance Consultant to join our centrally located office. This entry/early-career role targets individuals with a science/engineering background and hands-on field experience, focusing on improving occupant wellbeing in buildings.

You will contribute to environmental assessments, performance testing, certification pathways, and technical reporting across domestic and international projects with full training provided in building performance testing and

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Engineering, Architectural Science or similar.
• Hands-on field, lab or site experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication; technical reporting.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsabilidades

• Field Testing & Diagnostics: air quality, water, acoustics, lighting, thermal comfort, building envelope.
• Reporting & Analysis: prepare technical reports, interpret data, client-ready analysis.
• Project Delivery: support project delivery through technical reporting, client liaison, and solution implementation.
• Client Collaboration: work closely with clients and team members to achieve project goals.
• Skill Development: receive training and formal accreditation in air tightness testing, building performance and sustainability frameworks.
